Hi there! Welcome to my pocket on the internet. I have created this blog as a way to indulge my love of, and to immerse myself in the world of fashion, and invite you to join me on the journey.

I’m an English lit student at heart and have always had high hopes and dreams of joining the oh so exciting and glamourous world of journalism. I have come to realise though that journalism is in no way as glamourous as the rom-com protagonists might lead us to believe. But I am still in it for the ride. I’ve dreamed of writing for the glossy pages of Vogue or Harpers Bazaar since I was young and managed to get my grubby little finger-paint covered paws on one of my mom’s copies. The double page photoshoot spreads were more than my little child mind could handle, and since then I’ve always pictured ‘adult me’ involved in the universe of fashion journalism. 

Unfortunately, I now am ‘adult me’ and am having to shove myself into the pool of finding a job and pursuing a career. So, with that, I have created this blog as an outlet wherein I can indulge my love of all things related to fashion. I also hope to define my own writing style and really immerse myself in the world of fashion and styling that I love so much.

It’s a way to cross geographical borders and connect with likeminded creatives that you would never have before, and it’s a way to feel like one of those aforementioned Gods or Goddesses in their glass palaces. Like little me playing dress up with mom’s clothes, I get to pretend to be one of them here!
